Modest success is available here; for the traveler, staying grounded in what is right brings good fortune.
Initial Six: If the wanderer busies themselves with trivial things, they draw down misfortune upon themselves.
Six in the second: The traveler reaches an inn, resources intact, and gains the loyal, steady support of a young attendant.
Nine in the third: The traveler's lodging burns down, and the loyal attendant is lost along with it -- even holding firm here carries real danger.
Nine in the fourth: The traveler finds a place to stay and keeps hold of both funds and tools -- yet something about it still sits uneasy.
Six in the fifth: One arrow brings down the pheasant -- a small cost that, in the end, earns both recognition and standing.
Nine at the top: The bird's own nest goes up in flames -- the traveler laughs at first, then breaks down in grief soon after, having carelessly lost everything of real value. Misfortune.
