夬·决断·公开摊牌
扬于王庭，孚号有厉。告自邑，不利即戎，利有攸往。
夬象征决断、清除最后的阴暗（大水决堤）。须在朝廷上公开宣判（扬于王庭）、诚信通报并保持警惕。先从自己根据地（邑）做起，不宜直接动武，利于积极前行。
初九 壮于前趾，往不胜为咎。
九二 惕号，莫夜有戎，勿恤。
九三 壮于頄，有凶。君子夬夬独行，遇雨若濡，有愠，无咎。
九四 臀无肤，其行次且。牵羊悔亡，闻言不信。
九五 苋陆夬夬，中行无咎。
上六 无号，终有凶。

The matter must be brought openly before the king's court, proclaimed with total sincerity even though danger remains. Give warning first within one's own community; resorting to force does not favor the outcome, but pressing ahead does.
Initial Nine: Straining forward on your front toes before you're ready -- push out now and you won't succeed; the fault is your own.
Nine in the second: Sound the warning and keep watch through the night, weapons ready -- prepared like this, there's nothing to dread.
Nine in the third: Showing your resolve too openly on your face invites trouble. The disciplined person still walks their own path, even caught in a downpour alone, soaked and gossiped about -- none of that is actually a fault.
Nine in the fourth: Raw and blistered, every step painful -- if you'd only allow yourself to be led rather than forcing your own way, the regret would lift. Good advice, but you won't take it.
Nine in the fifth: Cutting through stubborn weeds takes real resolve -- hold the center as you do it, and no blame attaches.
Six at the top: No warning sounded -- and disaster arrives unannounced.
