姤象征不期而遇、隐患萌生。一股强壮而具破坏性的阴暗力量正悄然崛起（女壮），不可与之结合（勿用取女），须防范潜伏的危机。
初六 系于金柅，贞吉。有攸往，见凶。羸豕孚蹢躅。
九二 包有鱼，无咎，不利宾。
九三 臀无肤，其行次且，厉，无咎。
九四 包无鱼，起凶。
九五 以杞包瓜，含章，有陨自天。
上九 姤其角，吝，无咎。

Initial Six: Lock it down now with a solid brace -- holding firm here brings good fortune. Let it run loose and trouble follows; even a scrawny pig will thrash wildly once it's off the tether.
Nine in the second: Keep the fish contained -- no fault in that, but this isn't the moment to bring in outsiders.
Nine in the third: Raw and sore, each step a struggle -- but staying alert to the danger here keeps you from real harm.
Nine in the fourth: The tank comes up empty -- and that's where the trouble starts.
Nine in the fifth: A ripe melon, wrapped and shaded by willow leaves -- its worth kept quiet -- until good fortune simply falls into your hands.
Nine at the top: The meeting happens only at the horns -- too remote to matter. A little embarrassing, but nothing to actually answer for.
